NOTE 1: All refund requests must be received in writing before the regular registration fee deadline. There will be a $50 service charge per person for all refunds. There will be no refunds after the regular registration fee deadline.

NOTE 2: Only one paper is allowed for one registration fee. If you have more than one paper, you need to pay 50 US dollars for each additional paper.
 
NOTE 3: The certificates of attendance/presentation will be only issued for registered presenters who paid the conference fee. Virtual Participants only get the electronic versions of the certificates and other conference documents.

NOTE 4: Virtual presenters receive regular presentation certificates and their papers are included as regular papers in the program/abstract/proceeding books. All documents of the virtual presenters are the same as the ones of oral/poster presenters. 

NOTE 5: The family/accompanying people who do not present at the conference need to pay 50 US dollars for each conference day they attend as an external visitor. This fee covers lunch and/or coffee breaks for each conference day at the conference hotel.
